Welcome to the School Visit Planner. We look forward to presenting our program at your school. Please remember the following dates:

1. Upon booking: Send a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to:

   • Make certain you have provided all the information we need by submitting an Event Form. This form is required in order for us to book your school. We suggest you look over the form to see what information you might need to get before completing the form because you cannot save the form and make changes later. When you save the form, it is submitted to us and you cannot access the form again.
2. Four weeks before your scheduled visit:
   1. Print poster announcements. Write the date on the posters and hang them throughout your school.
3. Two weeks before your scheduled visit:
   1. Distribute book order forms to your students. Be sure to personalize them before distribution.
4. One week before your scheduled visit:
   1. Collect your book order forms and mail them via traceable method (along with payment) to:

   2. Make certain you have rooms, equipment, and students scheduled.
   3. If you made hotel accommodations for Jane Kirkland, confirm the reservations and send the information in an email to Jane.
