Unless otherwise arranged between you and Jane, she will bring a laptop with her Power Point program. Please provide:

1. A data projector and screen.
2. A wireless mic. The program is interactive and during it, Jane is among the students and moves around the room quickly. A wired mic would make it impossible to do this. For groups under 100 students, Jane can do the program without a mic. If there is any question about the mic, or if you cannot provide a wireless mic and you have a large room and a large number of students per assembly, please contact our office.
