Book Order Forms and Posters

2 to 3 weeks before your scheduled program:

Download these book order forms. The first is for Take a Walk Books and provides a student discount. Make the appropriate changes to the form and distribute to your students. Click on the image to open the document in MS Word or right-click and save the target as a .doc.

10 days before your scheduled program:  make copies of your completed orders and send one copy, along with payment, to Stillwater Publishing. In order to facilitate the signing of your books, we must receive your orders at least 4 business days before your event. We strongly suggest you send your orders and payment via a traceable method such as Express Mail and that you notify us just prior to sending your payment in. We cannot accept multiple payments for your book orders (i.e., a check for each individual order), please send one check for the full amount of the order.

Jane will bring your signed books with her on the day of her visit.

Free posters:

Feel free to print these posters, write the school visit date on them, and hand them in your hallways. Click on the thumbnail to download the file. These posters will help prepare your students for Jane’s visit. The size is set at 11 x 17 but you can resize them using any image or picture software program. Click on each poster to download.
