In order to secure a date for your event or school visit a nonrefundable deposit of $100.00 must be made to Stillwater Publishing and this form must be completed in its entirety. The balance of payment for your event or school visit is due on the day of the visit and checks should be made to “Stillwater Publishing”.  Jane’s cell phone number will be supplied to you in an email upon receipt of your deposit.
